Hey Nancy,
We pay our counselors $150/ week (taxes are taken out). However, your not having to pay for food or rooming, plus all of the fun of living on a beach by the lake. It is not as much as maybe a summer job at Walmart, but it will give you a lot of memories, impact youth for Christ, and make some money on the side. We hope you can find Bluewater as a place to share the change that GOd has made in your life. God bless.

Definitely. As we get closer to camp we will know our needs (when staff need to be gone), so we can let you know then. Also i’ve always have some work projects around to do (splitting wood, digging trenches, etc). We’ll stay in touch and i’ll let you know. God bless.
