Work Weekend 2012!

Hey all,

It is May now and the summer camping season is rapidly approaching. As always, there is a lot of preparation that needs to be done in order to serve 2000 people in a summer. Our annual Work Weekend is scheduled for May 18-20. This is a volunteer weekend to do work such as raking leaves, cleaning cabins, and so much more. We will feed you well and you can have a great time developing relationships with others while you work. If you can’t make it for the whole weekend, come all day Saturday, or come when you can. If you can, bring a rake, some gloves, and bring a friend and introduce them to the beauty of Bluewater. If you are coming, give camp a call at 218-326-6058 and leave a message. Hope to see you then!

Snowmobile/ Ice Fishing Retreat CANCELLED

Due to the lack of snow and no reservations for Ice Fishing, Bluewater Covenant Bible Camp is canceling this coming weekend’s Snowmobile/ Ice Fishing Retreat. If you know of anyone who was planning on coming, but had not contacted us, then please inform them of the cancellation.  We are saddened that the opportunity to provide an opportunity to minister to people and enjoy Bluewater will be missed this January, but will look forward to the next opportunity that will come our way.

If you are in need of a retreat, feel free to give us a call and schedule one this winter or spring.

Change To Snowmobile Retreat

You might be wondering if there is going to be a snowmobile retreat this year.  Due to the lack of snow…so are we.  That is why we have decided to invite anyone that enjoys ice fishing into the mix.  If we get snow before Jan. 20th, then we will also go sledding, but we will also make available the four great ice fishing lakes that surround Bluewater.  Bring your ice fishing or spearing gear and let’s make the most of a winter that is not providing us with a lot of snow, but good ice to be fishing on.

Call or email to reserve your spot.
